Doses of Cetirizine to children:
For children aged 6 – 23 months, the drug dose is 2.5 mg cetirizine once a day. The maximum dose is 2.5 mg twice a day for up to 12 months of age
For children aged 2-5 years, dosage medicines cetirizine is 5 mg once a day or 2.5 mg twice a day.  For children aged 6 years and above, the dose is 10 mg cetirizine medication once a day or 5 mg twice a day.
